Hi. Running Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003. My folder list includes both
a Spam folder (nested in the Inbox) and a Junk Mail Folder. Do I need both?
How can I control or remove the Spam Folder? How can I remove the Junk Mail
Folder?
TIA
John

The Junk Email folder can't be removed - and you don't want to. Outlook
doesn't come with a Spam folder - must have been created by third party
software.
